This 180 m² apartment in Paris 8 was completely gutted and rebuilt from scratch — walls demolished, spaces redesigned, and every single finish installed new. Managed entirely remotely, with weekly progress reports keeping the client in full control throughout.

A Complete Reconstruction

Nothing was preserved for the sake of it. Walls were knocked down and repositioned to create a layout that breathes. New herringbone parquet, new hand-crafted moldings, new high ceilings — every element of the Haussmann aesthetic was recreated at the highest standard, not inherited.
