A Complete Reinvention

A classic Haussmann apartment in Paris 11th — 80m², stripped back to its raw shell and rebuilt entirely from scratch. No compromises. No shortcuts.

Design Approach

Every room was reassigned. Every surface rethought. The existing layout was dismantled and reimagined — the kitchen became a refined bathroom, the bathroom a fully equipped kitchen. The fireplace living room was opened up into a fluid, light-filled living space that breathes.

Craftsmanship & Finishes

Herringbone solid wood parquet. Custom cabinetry with warm under-cabinet lighting. Walk-in shower with rainfall head. Premium tiling. Natural light preserved and amplified throughout. Nothing was left to chance.

The Result

A space that carries the bones of Haussmann architecture while living entirely in the present. Elegant, functional, and built to a standard that shows in every detail.
